Terms of Service

1. Access and Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Portal for the sole purpose of placing, managing, and tracking memory quilt orders on behalf of your business. All activity must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each user account must be associated with a real individual employed by your organization.

3. Orders and Services

Orders submitted through the Portal will be reviewed and confirmed by our team. Pricing, estimated turnaround times, and service options will be displayed or communicated during the order process. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

4. Billing and Payment

Invoices will be generated based on the selected services and quantities. Payment terms are outlined in your business agreement. Late payments may result in order delays or restricted access to the Portal.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We will treat all client data, photos, and order notes as confidential and use them only to fulfill services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law or for order fulfillment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Portal, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Quilts by Big Wes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Portal Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time for misuse, breach of these Terms, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, all data and access rights will be revoked.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Portal. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services within the last 30 days.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
