We partner with hospice administrators, funeral directors, grief support providers, or any other type of caregiver to offer memory quilts as a meaningful service to families. You can refer families directly or manage the submission on their behalf through our secure portal.
How does the partnership work?
We provide your team with a unique partner login to our portal, along with order kits, brochures, and optional display samples. You choose how involved you want to be—from full service to simple referral.

Placing Orders
How are orders placed?
Orders are submitted via our B2B portal at portal.bigwes.com. Each order can be tracked and managed in real-time. You can upload notes, photos, and delivery preferences directly through the portal.
What is the turnaround time?
Our standard production time is 4 to 6 weeks from the time garments are received. Rush options are available for time-sensitive situations.
Is there a cost for the Memory Quilt Partner Portal?
There are
no upfront or setup costs. Enrollment and use of the portal is 100% free.
How does billing work?
You collect payment from the client and pay us as a vendor. Discounts are available for bulk or pre-paid orders. Invoices and receipts are available through the partner portal.
